SilentQuot ("the App") helps you create and share posters, greetings and social statuses. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

Information we collect

Device identifier — a random identifier generated on first launch, used to operate your guest account. It is not tied to your hardware IDs.
Profile details you choose to add — name, city, phone, email, language and interests, used only to personalize your posters and feed.
Business details you choose to add — business name, tagline, phone, WhatsApp, address, website and logo, used only to brand your posters.
Your designs — poster layouts you save are stored on your device and synced to our servers so you can re-edit them.
Usage analytics — anonymous events (e.g. app opened, poster created or shared) used to improve templates and the product.

Photos

Photos and logos you pick from your gallery or camera are used to render your posters on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers as part of your designs.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not access your contacts, location, or files beyond the photos you pick.
We do not require an account, login, or password to use the App.

Advertising

The free tier may show advertisements in the future. If enabled, ad partners may process a device advertising identifier under their own privacy policies; this policy will be updated before any such change takes effect.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account and all associated server data at any time from Profile → Delete my account & data inside the App, or by following the steps at this page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
